Please try to arrive at exactly your appointment time. There is a 10 minute grace period from your appointment start time if you are late, however that will be taken out of your appointment time. Clients that are 10 minutes late or over, can result in an appointment cancellation. Clients that are late resulting in a Cancellation or Don't show up to their appointment, will be charged a No Show Fee of 50% of the booked appointment cost if they would like to return.

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours from your start time, you will have to pay a $35 Cancelation Fee if you would like to return. The reason behind this policy is, any time under 24 hours does not give us enough time to book someone else in your time slot, resulting in a loss of the Technicians time and money. Select exceptions allowed. Exception must be approved by Technician. Thank you for understanding!

We do not allow any kind of refund, under any circumstances. As this is a service provided to you by our Certified  Technician, our technician's time, effort and supplies have gone into your service. As this is something that can not be returned, we will not be allowing any kind of Refunds. We would also like to mention, as every person has different skin types, there is no guarantee that this service will give the desired results. Thank you for understanding!
