Hey there! I’m Shantel, the owner and founder of Niteo Beauty Bar. I first opened my doors in 2021 as a beauty salon, where I studied, perfected, and fell in love with the lash industry. What I loved even more? The flexibility, freedom, and stability that came with starting my own lash business—it truly changed my life.

After years of working with amazing clients, I realized I had more to offer than just stunning lash sets. I wanted to help others create the same opportunities for themselves. So, in 2024, I took a leap in a new direction and launched Niteo Beauty Bar’s PRO Academy—an extension of my brand focused on teaching and certifying new lash artists. My goal? To provide affordable, high-quality training that helps aspiring lash techs turn their passion into a thriving business.

Now, I couldn’t be more proud that our number of students is growing worldwide! Nothing makes me happier than seeing students gain confidence, master their craft, and build careers they love.
